Champion trainer Chris Waller has strengthened his strong hand in next month’s $2 million Magic Millions Classic on the Gold Coast thanks to a breathtaking win at Wyong on Wednesday by She’s All Class.

After bursting clear inside the final 200 metres in the Magic Millions Wyong 2YO Classic, the I Am Invincible filly was eased up on the line almost five lengths ahead of her rivals in her first run since her debut when third at Randwick back in October.

Waller already had the favourite for the $2m race in Breeders Plate winner Shaquero and after the Wyong race, Sportsbet had Shaquero ($5) only half a point ahead of his impressive stablemate.
“She’s All Class aptly named here in the Wyong Magic Millions.”

Ridden by James McDonald and starting at $7 in the $200,000 race for Magic Millions graduates, She’s All Class held a four-and-three-quarter-length margin on $4.80 favourite Gleneagles, with Swift Witness ($5) close up in third.

The Magic Millions Classic for two-year-olds will be run on the Gold Coast on January 16.

The Wyong Magic Millions Classic only has a short history but has already produced winners such as Capitalist (2015), who went on to win the Magic Millions Classic and Golden Slipper, as well as last year’s winner Farnan, who went on to win the Golden Slipper.
