Blind Faith is when you trust some of your most valuable possessions to the care of someone else, to be looked after as if they were their own. In the case of racehorses it is relying on a thoroughly professional team to achieve the best outcomes with integrity, hard work and honesty without ever having to question their actions. In Chris Waller and his team I have Blind Faith.

My horses are named with military themes, synonymous with a battle fought many years ago. Their wonderful successes bring much joy and excitement to my dear army friends throughout Australia – survivors of that battle who now, through no fault of their own, face the dark side of life.

When you send a horse to be trained by Chris and his team you not only get one of the best trainers in the world you also get one that cares and values the horses he trains.

I have been privileged to be involved with some great people in sport, Chris Waller is one of those people.

Chris has become one of the all time greats who has done it all whilst remaining very humble and never forgetting where his story started. He is a smart hardworking man who just seems to love what he does.

I’m proud to able to call him a mate.

The Waller Stable is a sophisticated, well run training operation, with competent staff and excellent communications to clients. Along with all their other achievements, the stable has become an important source of stallions for the Australian breeding industry.

Chris is the same person I met nearly twenty years ago- always approachable, ever the professional and an amazing horseman. Oh and did I mention- he’s also a great human being.

We started with Chris in 2008 just before he won his first Group 1 with Triple Honour & wow how many has he won now.

Winx is a testament to his ability & care that he invests in all horses that come through his stable.

As such, I continue to have faith in Chris.

Chris Waller has become a racing phenomenon; but, more importantly a superb and modest gentleman. I will always wish him well.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Chris Waller & his stable for over a decade. I have witnessed the quality of the stable to continually grow in this time. Chris’s dedication & determination to lead the way in all aspects of a modern racing stable inspires me to keep improving myself. It is an honour to ride his horses.
