Andrew Clarken (Warwick Farm Foreman)

Starting as a stable foreman at Chris Waller Racing's Rosehill-base in June 2013, Andrew Clarken’s brilliant horsemanship and strong organisational skills made him the perfect candidate to take over the running of the stable’s new Warwick Farm base in July 2015.

Andrew grew up in Adelaide and was apprenticed to John Letts, riding 92 winners during that time. Andrew continued to ride track-work for 17 years as well as being assistant trainer and training partner to Mike Moroney for 10. Andrew was also assistant trainer to David Brideoake for five years with many Group One winners with both trainers.

One of the highlights of Andrew’s career to date has been his close association as strapper and trackwork rider of Melbourne Cup winner Brew.
